I can't promise anything.

After all the jostling during shipping you might open up the box and find something that looks like a clown exploded!

I will say that working with the fondant icing (which I bought at Wal-Mart) was easier than I thought it would be.

I watch a lot of Ace of Cakes on Food Network ;)

I looked up some directions on the internet that showed how to make the train face out of fondant, and also gave the suggestion of freezing the cakes so that they are easier to carve. It was a 15"x11" pan that we cut into 6 pieces, so each car was two layers of cake.

Aside from that and kneading food coloring into fondant, it was mostly staring for a long time at a Thomas the Tank Engine toy and trying to replicate it.

I really enjoyed it actually. And Max was nice enough to take a 2 1/2 hour nap while I was putting it together.
